The base of each piece is impact bonded with a copper wedge, facilitating rapid and even heat distribution. To enhance heat retention and eliminate hot spots, the copper wedge is encased by two layers of aluminum with stainless steel enveloping the entire structure. This ingenious combination ensures optimal heat diffusion and control, allowing you to cook with precision.
The set includes sturdy lids with stainless steel rims and tempered glass inserts, allowing you to monitor your cooking progress. - Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning:

Heat tint or streak marks can result from excessive high heat. Avoid using excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
