Use & Care:
- Use low to medium heat to prevent food from burning and sticking
- Never use the high heat setting or booster setting on an induction stove
- Preheat the pan and apply a little oil or greased absorbent paper before cooking
- Do not routinely put enamelled cast iron cookware in the dishwasher
- Avoid drops and knocks to keep it free of chips
- Do not use metal scrapers or other metal utensils
- Do not cut up food inside the pan to prevent damage to the enamel
- Dry the cookware completely after washing before storing it
- If rust patches appear, rub a little cooking fat on them
- For cookware with black matte enamel, follow the same instructions for drying and applying a layer of oil
- NEVER use the booster setting on an induction stove
