Maintenance and Care
Before First Use:
- Wash the roaster in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning:
- After cooking, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths, cleaning liquids, or pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- While the roaster is dishwasher safe, we always recommend hand washing to extend the product's lifespan.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat during cooking to preserve the non-stick surface.
