To start off on the right foot, wash the pan in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning:
After cooking, avoid adding cold water to a hot pan; wait until it cools down. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Heat tint or streak marks can result from excessive high heat, so refrain from using excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
