Usage Instructions:

1. Pre-warm the tea pot by rinsing with boiling water.
2. Spoon one teaspoon of tea per person and one for the pot into the infuser.
3. Pour fresh water just off the boil through the infuser into the teapot and brew to the desired strength.
4. Leave brew to steep for a few minutes. This important pause allows time for the rea to release its rich full-bodied flavor.
5. Serve tea within ten minutes of it reaching the brew strength desired.

Caution: Do not overfill pot. Do not place teapot on a hot stove plate. Not suitable for microwave oven use. When in use, keep out of reach of children.

Care Instructions:

To clean Teapot, separate infuser and lid.

• Clean infuser with warm water and a mild detergent. A washing-up brush may be helpful in removing tea residue.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers when hand washing.
• Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
