Care Instructions

For cleaning, simply hold the cutter guard under hot running water. Please note: The SliceSy is compatible and may be operated with any blender (with the exception of the Gastro 350). However, if operated with a bamix® below 180W, it must be handled with care and patience to avoid overstraining the motor. To avoid the above and achieve the best results, it is recommended that the SliceSy be operated with a higher-powered bamix® blender of 180W or above.
