Remove all paper and labels before first use. Clean with hot soapy water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly.
Hand wash in warm soapy water for longevity, even though it's dishwasher safe.
Avoid boiling dry and let cookware cool before placing in water. Do not let the heat source extend beyond the base.
Use low to medium heat for most cooking. High heat is only for short-term searing or browning.
Always use oven mitts or a thick cloth when handling hot cookware.
