Also great as a baking bath for crumbles and custards etc. The dark coating on the pan has the ability to transfer heat for even browning and heating. Made from carbon steel with a special non stick finish, baked goods slip right out making cleaning extra easy. Oven safe for temperatures up to 200°C. For best results, the non stick finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water with a cloth or sponge.
