This SCANPAN Classic spare lid will fit your 20cm saucepan/stewpot/stockpot/casserole/sauté. It is made from tempered glass making it easy for you to view your cooking without having to lift the lid. This lid features a stainless steel trim and a bakelite knob.

Maintenance and Care
Before First Use
Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers
Routine Cleaning
Use a soft nylon scourer wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately
Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product
Do NOT use excessive high heat
