This Stainless steel rimmed glass lid was designed in Denmark to fit the "The Square" 32 x32cm TechnIQ Roasting Pan. It is made from tempered glass making it easy for you to view your cooking without having to lift the lid. The lid also features a cast steel handle.Oven Safe to 230 degrees.

Maintenance and Care
- Using a soft nylon scourer, wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, Scanpan will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
