The TechnIQ 27 x 27cm Grill Pan - Commercial grade non-stick - perfect food release.
The extra long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium nonstick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil.
Designed and made in Denmark Suitable for use on all cooktops including induction.

Maintenance and Care
- Before First Use
- Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, Scanpan will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat.
