Use and Care

  • For best results, use a pastry brush to evenly coat the pan with soft butter or oil, ensuring all corners are well coated
  • For light cakes, dust the greased pan with flour; for darker cakes, use cocoa powder to aid release
  • Avoid using cooking sprays
  • Fill batter no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflow
  • Gently tap the pan on the countertop to remove air bubbles
  • Allow the cake to cool before releasing from the pan
  • Decorate with icing sugar, fruit, or glazes as desired
  • Dishwasher, oven, fridge, and freezer safe
  • Always use an oven glove when the pan is hot
  • Before first use, remove all packaging, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly
