Use and Care
- For best results, use a pastry brush to evenly coat the pan with soft butter or oil, ensuring all corners are well coated
- For light cakes, dust the greased pan with flour; for darker cakes, use cocoa powder to aid release
- Avoid using cooking sprays
- Fill batter no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflow
- Gently tap the pan on the countertop to remove air bubbles
- Allow the cake to cool before releasing from the pan
- Decorate with icing sugar, fruit, or glazes as desired
- Dishwasher, oven, fridge, and freezer safe
- Always use an oven glove when the pan is hot
